The VR-N7100's Bluetooth flexibility allows four communication methods for seamless operation:

1. Hands-Free Mode (Headset + VOX)
Pair any HFP-compatible headset (e.g., Bluetooth earpiece)
Enable VOX for automatic transmission when you speak—no buttons needed.

2. Manual PTT Control (Headset + BS-PTT)
Use your preferred headset for audio, then press the BHM-79's PTT button to transmit.

3. Hybrid Operation (Headset + Radio Mic)
Listen through your Bluetooth headset, but transmit via the VR-N7100's built-in microphone.

4. Dedicated BHM-79 Speaker Mic
For optimized performance, use the BHM-79—a purpose-built Bluetooth speaker mic designed for the VR-N7100.

Onboard GPS & Compass

The VR-N7100 includes a built-in gyroscope and compass. With these onboard tools, you can use the VR-N7100 to see what direction you are going, what your current elevation is, and how fast you are currently moving. You can display your longitude and latitude position from on-board radio menus.

FM Radio & VHF Receive

The VR-N7100 supports full VHF band reception, allowing you to monitor marine radio communications and NOAA weather channels. Additionally, it features an FM radio (88-108MHz), ensuring you never miss any important broadcasts or entertainment.

32 Channels & 6 Banks

The VR-N7100 supports 32 channels per group, with a total of 6 editable groups. You can easily switch between groups using the customizable side key.

USB Power Hub
