BHM-79 Beta Firmware Update Notice (v0.3.1)

New Features:

1. Added compatibility with ICOM IC-705 radios.

2. Hand mic now supports battery level display.

Firmware Version: 0.3.1
APP Requirement (Android): Must upgrade to v2.8.3.0 or later.

Update Steps (Android):

1. Open the APP, select PPT/Hand Mic in "Bind New Device".

2. Power on BHM-79, press P0 twice to enter pairing mode.

3. Tap BHM-79 in the device list to bind.

4. After "Connected" prompt, exit the device list.

5. Tap ⋮ (top-right) → BHM-79 Settings → Firmware Version.

6. When seeing "Latest Version", tap the text 10 times to reveal the update menu.

7. Follow the prompts to complete the update.

Update Steps (iOS):

1. Open the APP.

2. Power on BHM-79, press P0 twice to enter pairing mode.

3. Tap BHM-79 in the left-side device list to bind.

4. After "Connected" prompt, enter the settings interface.

5. Tap Firmware Version, then tap "Latest Version" 10 times to activate the update menu.

6. Follow the prompts to complete the update.

Important Notes:

• To switch back to N-series radios after enabling ICOM Mode, disable ICOM Mode and re-pair the device.

• Beta firmware may contain unoptimized features. Feedback is welcome.

Important Operation Notice:
The current APP connection only supports button function configuration and mode switching. To enable radio control functionality, please follow these steps:

1. Actively disconnect the BHM-79 wireless hand mic from the APP

2. Re-pair the hand mic with your N-series radio

3. Radio control features will be available after successful re-pairing
